About Us:

circYoulation is a specialized, tech-enabled non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) logistics provider operating across multiple states. We rely on data-driven operations to manage fleet maintenance, dispatch compliance, and multi-state operational workflows.

The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Data Integration & AI Dashboard Developer in the Philippines to build custom, real-time analytics and management dashboards. You will pull operational data via APIs from multiple software platforms (e.g., Fleetio, GoHighLevel, tracking platforms, and internal spreadsheets) and leverage Google AI Studio (Gemini APIs) and Google Cloud/Looker Studio to process, analyze, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) for our executive and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
API Data Pipeline Integration: Connect API endpoints from third-party systems (Fleetio API, GoHighLevel API, Google Sheets/BigQuery) into a unified data pipeline.

AI & LLM Integration: Utilize Google AI Studio / Gemini APIs to analyze incoming operational logs, generate automated summaries, surface anomaly alerts (e.g., maintenance red flags, compliance lapses), and run predictive insights.

Interactive Dashboard Creation: Build clear, intuitive executive dashboards (using Looker Studio, Retool, Streamlit, or a custom web app frontend) to visualize fleet uptime, driver performance, maintenance schedules, and trip logs.

Data Cleaning & Automation: Write clean script automations (Python / Node.js / Google Apps Script / ---------- ) to automate daily/hourly data syncs without manual intervention.

Documentation: Document API schemas, data mappings, and dashboard operational flows clearly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Experience with APIs: Strong background working with REST APIs, JSON parsing, Webhooks, and API authentication methods.

Google Cloud & AI Ecosystem: Experience using Google AI Studio / Gemini APIs, Google Apps Script, Google BigQuery, and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).

Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript / Node.js for data processing, ELT workflows, and API calls.

Software Familiarity (Plus): Hands-on experience with Fleetio API, GoHighLevel (GHL) Webhooks/APIs, or transportation/logistics management systems.

Communication: Advanced English communication skills (C1/C2) and experience working with US-based leadership.

Work Details & Schedule:
Hours: Long-term, full-time or dedicated part-time setup.

Overlap: Must have overlap with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) for team syncs and sprint reviews.

Rate: Competitive based on experience ($6.00 – $12.00+ / hour depending on developer expertise).
