About Us
We run outbound / Inbound system that generates leads and books them onto sales calls with the coaches we serve.
We currently manage 30 clients.
Every single one of our current clients have come through referalls, we don't run ads, make content, or do any outbound sales for this offer
Our offer is very attractive and clients are coming almost faster than we can serve them.

Our AI DM setters run on Instagram used ManyChat as the window, and then connects to n8n through an external request, we use supabase to store conversation history and also use a software called relevence.ai to host the setter leverage their calendar tools to book calls in manually , without having to send a booking link
We're looking for someone who can own that engine and make it perform better.

Compensation
$800–$1,500/month, based on skill and experience.
Performance-based bonuses tied to booking rate improvements.
Growth path for the right person as the system scales.

Schedule and Availability
This is an outcome-based role, not a clock-in role.
You manage your own schedule and need enough overlap with the team to collaborate on strategy and fixes.

Work directly with the founder and the setter manager
Flag what's working, what's not, and what you need to do your job better

You'll start with a focused scope while you learn our systems. Responsibilities and ownership grow as you prove you can run with it.

You Are a Fit If

You have real experience building or managing AI-powered DM setters
You've worked as or managed DM setters and understand what makes conversations convert
You have hands-on n8n experience and can build or troubleshoot automations yourself
You can scope your own work and figure out what needs to happen without being told. We don't micromanage, and we don't want to
You think in terms of outcomes: booking rate, not busywork
