**Are you obsessed with creating videos that hook people in the first two seconds?**

We're not looking for someone who simply edits videos.

We're looking for someone who can take an idea, build an ad from scratch with AI, and create content that actually drives sales.

Here's the reality:

Great-looking edits don't sell. Great messaging does.

Do you understand what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention, and buy?

## What You'll Do

You'll create high-converting ads from start to finish using AI, including:

* AI avatars
* AI voiceovers
* UGC-style content created from scratch
* Raw footage edits when needed

## You're a Great Fit If...

* You don't just edit—you create.
* You've already built ads using AI tools.
* You understand that every edit should move the viewer toward a purchase.
* You think like a marketer, not just an editor.

## AI Experience Is Required

You should already be comfortable using tools like:

* ElevenLabs
* HeyGen
* Higgsfield
* Veo
* Nano Banana

If those tools are new to you, this role probably isn't the right fit.

## Bonus Points If...

* You've scaled winning ads with AI.
* You know what's working on Meta.
* You spot creative trends before everyone else.
* You bring ideas, not just execution.
