JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced AI Creative Strategist / Content Creator to join our growing Spanish e-commerce brand.

We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience creating high-performing ad creatives for e-commerce or dropshipping brands. This is not just a video editing position — we need someone who understands what makes an ad convert and knows how to generate, test, and iterate creatives at scale.

What you'll do
Create approximately 30 ad creatives per day at the beginning.
Create both video and image ads for individual products and collections.
Use AI tools to generate realistic and engaging creative assets.
Ideally, have experience with Google Flow / OmniFlash or similar AI video/image generation tools.
Write hooks, scripts, angles, headlines, and concepts for ads.
Research competitors and identify new creative angles.
Take creatives that are already performing well and create new iterations and variations without simply copying them.
Test different hooks, formats, visuals, offers, UGC concepts, and messaging.
Understand the difference between creating "nice content" and creating performance-driven advertising.
Adapt creatives to a Spanish audience, even if you don't speak Spanish fluently. You can use DeepL, AI, or other translation tools as long as you carefully check the final output.
What we're looking for

You should already have experience with e-commerce / dropshipping creatives and understand direct-response advertising.

Experience with AI-generated UGC, AI video generation, image generation, Meta Ads creatives, competitor research, and creative iteration is highly valued.

We're especially interested in someone who understands how to analyze a winning creative and answer questions like:

Why did this creative work? What elements should we keep? What should we change? What new variations can we test?

Being able to generate a large number of creatives is important, but quality and performance matter more than simply hitting a number.

Start your application with the word strawberry so we know you read the entire job post.

Compensation & growth

The starting compensation is $200/month.

This will initially be a part-time position, as we're currently starting with approximately 30 creatives per day.

However, we're looking for someone for the long term. As the business scales, the creative volume will increase significantly and we expect this position to eventually become full-time.

Compensation will also increase based on performance. If your creatives consistently perform well, we are prepared to increase the salary to $400/month and potentially significantly more as your responsibilities and impact grow.

We want someone who can grow with the company rather than someone looking for a short-term freelance project.

To apply

Please send us:

A short introduction about yourself and your experience with e-commerce/dropshipping creatives.
Examples of ads or creatives you have personally made.
Which AI tools you currently use for image and video generation.
Whether you have experience with Google Flow / OmniFlash.
How you normally approach iterating a winning ad creative.
Your availability and whether you're comfortable starting part-time at $200/month.

We will prioritize applicants who can show real examples of previous performance-focused e-commerce creatives, not just general graphic design or video-editing portfolio
