JOB OVERVIEW

The AI Creative Specialist is responsible for producing high-performing AI-generated video content for social media and paid advertising channels, primarily TikTok and Meta (Facebook / Instagram).

Along with the Creative Director, this role owns the full creative pipeline, from identifying winning creative styles to producing finished, ad-ready video assets.

The role requires a blend of:
- creative research
- scriptwriting
- AI asset generation
- video editing
- performance analysis

The AI Creative Specialist will produce large volumes of creative content, generating up to 50 short-form videos per week, designed for testing and scaling across advertising and organic channels.

Content must be highly realistic, believable, and platform-native, designed to perform in modern short-form video feeds.
The role supports both:

- Paid advertising campaigns
- Organic and affiliate social accounts

The wage for this role will be a base rate plus non-capped performance bonuses. Meaning that if your content is good and delivers results, you could earn substantially more.
