About the Position

We are looking for a highly creative AI Creative & Social Media Manager who understands modern social media, branding, web design, and AI-generated content.

This is not a basic social media posting position.

We need someone who can look at a brand, understand its visual direction, and create high-quality content that makes the brand look polished, professional, modern, and consistent.

You will work on brands and client projects, including helping us develop and maintain the Capriccio by Denise website and social media presence.

A major part of this position will involve using AI tools such as Nano Banana and Higgsfield to create realistic, high-quality images and creative content.

You should be comfortable using AI as a serious creative production tool, not just experimenting with prompts.

What You Will Do
AI Content Creation

You will help create:

AI-generated brand photography
Product and lifestyle images
Social media images
Website hero images and banners
Promotional graphics
Campaign concepts
AI-generated models and scenes
Consistent characters and models across multiple images
Different poses, locations, outfits, and compositions
Image-to-video and short-form AI content when needed

You should understand how to write strong prompts and refine generations until they look professional.

Background consistency
Product accuracy
Premium visual quality

We do not want content that obviously looks AI-generated.

Social Media Management

You will also help manage social media accounts.

Responsibilities may include:

Building content calendars
Developing content ideas
Creating posts, Reels, Stories, and carousels
Writing captions
Scheduling content
Maintaining a consistent brand voice
Researching trends
Organizing content libraries
Repurposing existing content
Helping develop campaigns and promotions
Monitoring engagement and performance
Recommending ways to improve content

We want someone who understands that beautiful content alone is not enough.

The content needs to get attention, build the brand, and help generate business.

Website Creative Support

You will assist with website projects, particularly Capriccio by Denise.

You may help:

Create website imagery
Select the best images for different sections
Develop visual concepts for pages
Improve website layouts
Create banners and hero sections
Prepare images for desktop and mobile
Keep website visuals consistent with the brand
Upload and organize website assets
Help make sure social media and website branding match

Experience with modern website builders or AI website tools is a major advantage.

You have very little AI image-generation experience
You accept the first AI image generated without refining it
You cannot recognize obvious AI mistakes
You need detailed instructions for every small task
You do not have a strong eye for design
Work Schedule

This is a part-time remote position.

Our company is located in the Washington, DC area in the United States and operates on Eastern Time.

You do not need to work a complete U.S. schedule, but you should have some regular overlap with Eastern Time for communication and collaboration.

There is potential for additional hours and increased responsibility for the right person.
