JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a luxury marketing agency, and our clients expect a certain bar: polished, premium, expensive looking. We want someone who lives inside AI video and image generation tools and can produce content at that bar consistently. If your work still looks like "AI made this," this role isn't a fit. If people can't tell, you're exactly who we need.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Produce high quality video and visual content for luxury clients using leading AI generation tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, Ideogram, Luma, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and similar), for campaigns, social content, and ad creative.
- Finish and polish AI generated footage and images to a client-ready standard: color, motion, sound, typography, pacing. Raw AI output is a starting point, not a deliverable.
- Match each client's brand voice, aesthetic, and visual identity exactly. No generic AI look, no visible artifacts, no uncanny valley.
- Build repeatable workflows and prompt techniques so quality stays consistent project to project.
- Work closely with the Socials, Design & Content team to fold AI-generated assets into existing campaigns and content calendars.
- Stay current on new AI video/image tools and models, and make the call on what's actually good enough for client work versus what's still not there yet.
- Present concepts and drafts to internal leads and, at times, directly to clients.

REQUIRED
- A portfolio of AI-generated video and visual work that looks genuinely premium. This is the single most important thing you can send us. No portfolio, no consideration.
- Deep hands-on fluency with current AI video and image generation tools, not just theoretical knowledge of what they can do.
- Real editing/post-production skill to finish AI output (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar).
- A sharp, trained eye for what "luxury" actually looks like: lighting, pacing, restraint, detail. This is a taste job as much as a technical one.
- Excellent written English, self-directed, able to take a brief and run with minimal hand-holding.

NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, watches, or premium hospitality content.
- Traditional video production or photography background.
- Experience with brand style guides and maintaining visual consistency across a client roster.
- Motion design or 3D skills.
