# AI Creative Designer / Motion Graphics Editor — ChatGPT + Claude Expert

We’re looking for a **seriously talented AI Creative Designer / Motion Graphics Editor** to create high-end product advertisements and creative assets for our brands.

This is **not** a beginner position, and I’m not looking for someone who just learned how to generate AI videos last week.

I need someone who understands **creative direction, motion graphics, product advertising, branding, composition, lighting, realism, and AI prompting** at a professional level.

### What You’ll Create

* High-end product advertisements
* Realistic product visuals
* Motion graphics
* Product animations
* Social media ad creatives
* Instagram Reels / TikTok ads
* Product launch creatives
* Static AI product advertisements
* Short-form commercial-style videos

The goal is simple:

**Your work should look like a real brand paid a real creative agency to make it.**

Not cheap AI content.
Not random generations.
Not products floating around with crazy transitions.
Not obviously AI-generated garbage.

### AI EXPERIENCE

You should be VERY comfortable using:

* ChatGPT
* Claude
* Advanced prompting / prompt engineering
* AI image generation
* AI video generation
* Photoshop
* After Effects
* Premiere Pro
* Motion graphics and compositing

Knowing additional professional AI tools is a huge plus.

I’m going to save both of us some time.

**If your main workflow is throwing a product into Higgsfield and calling it an advertisement, this job is not for you.**

I’m not looking for template-style AI videos where everything looks the same.

I need somebody who can actually **think creatively, build a concept, control the AI, composite things correctly, fix mistakes, animate professionally and make the final product believable.**

And respectfully:

**If your work isn’t good, don’t waste your time applying.**

I’m looking for professional shit.

I have high standards for creatives and I will notice the small details — bad shadows, warped packaging, incorrect logos, messed-up typography, unrealistic movement, weird AI artifacts, bad lighting and lazy editing.

If you’re actually good at what you do, though, **this could turn into consistent long-term work.**

### What I Want

I should be able to send you:

**1. The product**
**2. The brand assets**
**3. A rough idea or direction**

And you should be able to take it from there.

I do NOT want to explain every frame.

You should be able to look at a product and think:

**“How can I make an ad for this that actually looks sick?”**

Then execute it.

### Attention to Detail Is EXTREMELY Important

The product needs to remain accurate.

That means:

* Correct logo
* Correct packaging
* Correct colors
* Correct proportions
* Correct product text
* Realistic shadows
* Realistic reflections
* Professional typography
* Clean animation
* Consistent branding

AI is a tool.

**I need someone who knows how to control the tool — not someone letting the AI control the creative.**
