About the Role
We’re RightBlogger — a fast-growing SaaS content automation platform used by marketers, agencies, and creators to produce better content, faster. We’re a small, remote team that moves quickly and cares deeply about the quality of what we put out into the world.
We’re looking for a sharp, self-directed Content & Growth VA to join us on an ongoing basis. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help drive our content output, social presence, and business development efforts. You’ll be working across two brands (RightBlogger and

What You’ll Work On
Content Creation
Research and write new articles for
Create platform-native posts for LinkedIn and X
Repurpose existing content into social posts, short-form updates, and
Social Media Management
Own the day-to-day posting schedule across X and LinkedIn
Monitor engagement and flag relevant conversations, mentions, or opportunities for the team
Help develop and refine our social content calendar
Backlink & Partnership Outreach
Identify backlink and content partnership opportunities in the blogging, marketing, SEO, and SaaS space
Execute outreach campaigns using provided templates and strategies
Field inbound inquiries and convert those opportunities into won link exchanges
Track outreach activity and results in a shared CRM or spreadsheet
New Business Support
Assist with research and outreach for new agency or partnership opportunities
Help qualify and manage leads, draft initial outreach messages, and support follow-up sequences
Keep outreach pipelines organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience writing content for a SaaS product, marketing agency, or similar digital business
Strong written English — you write clearly, naturally, and without heavy editing required
Hands-on experience managing or posting to X
Comfortable working inside Google Docs and
Familiar with SEO basics — you understand keywords, internal linking, and what makes content rank
Organized and proactive — you follow up without being asked and flag issues early
Experience with outreach or link-building is a strong plus
Ability to adapt your writing voice to match different brands and audiences
Hands-on experience using Claude and/or ChatGPT for content creation, research, or workflow tasks — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have
Bonus: experience with Canva for social graphics and simple visual assets
Bonus: familiarity with common CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or similar)
Schedule & Logistics
Flexible working arrangement — we care about output, not clock-watching
Must be available and responsive during US Eastern Time business hours (9am–6pm EST)
Part-time to start with potential to grow into full-time based on performance and fit
Pay: $10/hour USD, paid weekly or bi-weekly via Wise or similar
All work is remote — you’ll need a reliable internet connection and your own computer
