AI Content & WordPress Virtual Assistant – Product Reviews
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help research, create, edit, and publish product-review content for an established product review website.
This is not a traditional freelance writing position.
We have developed a detailed production process that includes step-by-step SOPs, standardized AI prompts, research guidelines, WordPress procedures, SEO requirements, image standards, and completed examples.
Your job will be to follow this system carefully and produce accurate, well-formatted product reviews.
What You Will Do
Research assigned products and verify the exact model and specifications
Collect product information and relevant customer feedback
Organize research into a standardized source package
Use our approved ChatGPT prompts to generate review drafts
Fact-check AI-generated content against the original research
Edit content for clarity, accuracy, and natural language
Create standardized product images using AI tools
Prepare images for the web
Build and format review posts in WordPress
Configure review ratings, Pros & Cons, and review summaries
Add and verify Amazon affiliate links
Perform basic Rank Math SEO optimization
Add relevant internal links
Configure Product schema using our documented procedure
Check structured data and page formatting
Preview posts on desktop and mobile
Complete a final quality-control checklist
What We're Looking For
You should be:
Extremely detail-oriented
Comfortable following detailed written instructions
Able to research information carefully rather than guessing
Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools
Familiar with WordPress
Able to write and edit clear English
Familiar with basic SEO concepts
Comfortable learning new WordPress plugins and tools
Willing to ask questions when something is unclear rather than making unsupported assumptions
Native-level English is not required, but you should have strong written English comprehension.
Previous product-review experience is helpful but not required.
Important: AI Is a Tool, Not the Final Authority
We use AI extensively in our production process.
However, this job is not simply copying information into ChatGPT and publishing whatever it produces.
You will be responsible for comparing AI-generated content against the supplied research, identifying unsupported statements or mistakes, and correcting them before the article is submitted.
Accuracy is more important than filling space.
Training & Documentation
You will receive detailed materials including:
Product Review Production SOP
Standard AI Prompt Pack
Resources & Tools Guide
Completed example product review
Example product research/source package
WordPress training/sandbox environment
You will be able to inspect a completed review in WordPress to see exactly how a finished article should be constructed.
Paid Test
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a paid practical test.
The test will involve researching and creating a real product-review draft using the same process you would use after being hired.
You will receive the necessary instructions, templates, prompts, and access to our training WordPress site.
We do not expect applicants to purchase software or a paid AI subscription to complete the test.
Hours
This is a part-time position for up to 10 hours per week initially. Workload may vary depending on the number of review assignments available.
There is potential for additional work and responsibility for someone who consistently produces accurate work and follows the production process well.
How to Apply
Please begin your application with the words:
Ready to Review
This lets us know you read the complete job description.
Then answer the following questions:
Describe your experience working with WordPress. What types of posts or websites have you worked on?
How do you currently use ChatGPT or other AI tools when creating or editing content?
Imagine you are reviewing a watch and Amazon says it is water resistant to 50 meters, but another website says 100 meters. How would you determine which specification to use?
What are some signs that an AI-generated article needs additional editing or fact-checking?
If our written SOP tells you to do something but you believe the instruction may be incorrect for the particular product you're working on, what would you do?
Please provide links to, or briefly describe, one or two examples of relevant work you have completed. If you do not have examples, that's okay; tell us about the closest type of work you've done.
Please do not use AI to write your answers to these questions. We aren't judging perfect grammar. We want to understand how you think and communicate.
