JOB OVERVIEW

About us
We are an in-house brand portfolio operating 7 e-commerce brands with 30+ tea ---------- mbers. Content is the backbone of everything we do — from AI-generated video sales letters (VSLs) to performance marketing assets. We are not an agency. All brands are ours, which means no client negotiations, just execution. We move fast, we think long-term, and we are ready to invest in replacing manual processes with intelligent systems across every brand we run.

The problem we need solved
Our current content production process is manual at every step. We prompt in Claude, generate frames, upload to Google AI Studio to review, pull motion prompts, upload to Google Video3, generate the clip, and check the output. Each step requires a human touch. It works — but it does not scale. We are looking for someone to audit what we have, identify what can be automated, and build a content engine that gets the process more automated — without sacrificing the output quality that makes our content look human.

What we are looking for:
- You have built AI content pipelines before — not just used the tools, but connected them into a working system
- You are hands-on with current AI video tools — Google VideoFX, HeyGen, Google AI Studio, or equivalent
- You understand e-commerce content — VSLs, performance creatives, and what makes content convert
- You stay current — the AI landscape shifts weekly and you are keeping up with it, not catching up
- You think in systems — audit, plan, build, document, and hand off so the team can run it without you

Scope & timeline
We start with one brand. Once the content engine is proven, it gets adapted and rolled out across all 7 brands. This is not a short-term project — we are building something we intend to rely on for years, and we expect it to evolve as AI evolves. If you are the right person, you become our go-to for anything content and AI. No jumping between specialists.
