JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage daily content operations for an AI-powered social media brand in the health and wellness space. This is an ongoing, long-term role for someone who wants consistent hours and a real working relationship — not a one-off gig.

What you'll be doing:
Generating and editing short-form AI videos (Reels/TikTok style) using tools like Google Flow (Veo3.1 Lite Lower Priority), CapCut, Eleven Labs and it's a plus if you have Claude/Chat GPT and know how to use it, not a requirement
Be able to make 6 videos a day - which would mean 42 a week.
Following provided scripts and shot-direction prompts to keep content on-brand and consistent
Uploading content daily
Basic caption writing and light editing (captions, pacing, trimming)

Requirements
Prior experience with AI influencer / AI content accounts. Please don't apply if you haven't worked on an AI-generated persona/content account before.
Hands-on experience with Google Flow (or comparable AI video generation tools — Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, etc.)
Comfortable with basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
Strong English communication, written and verbal
Reliable internet connection and a working device that can handle video generation/editing
Available to generate [6 vids/day, 7 days/week] consistently
Able to hit daily video/upload quotas without excuses — content needs to go out every single day, no matter what (sick days, holidays, etc. should be flagged in advance, not discovered after a missed deadline)
Highly adaptable — scripts, formats, and personas will change based on performance data, and you need to pivot quickly without needing everything re-explained
Detail-oriented and able to follow brand voice/style guides closely
Self-managing — we're not going to micromanage every step, but we do expect proactive updates
