JOB OVERVIEW

Job type: Freelance, per-task. Around 3–6 hours per week to start, with ongoing work for the right person.

About the work:

I run an AI-generated virtual influencer brand. You follow a documented, step-by-step system:

Find inspiration images on Pinterest/Instagram matching a style guide and example folder I provide.
Run them through an image-to-prompt tool (Zemith) and adapt the prompt using AI to match my character.
Generate images in Grok Imagine using provided character reference images, then turn selected images into short 6-second videos.
Add text overlays in CapCut when the script calls for it.
Upload finished files and track everything in Airtable (simple — I'll show you).

No design or writing skills needed — the system makes every decision. Follow it, hit the quality checklist, get paid per finished piece.

Pay (per finished, approved deliverable):

Image (including sourcing + prompt adaptation): US$2
6-second reel (video + overlays): US$3
Full Instagram post (image + caption): US$3
Story frame: US$1

Typical week: US$25–40. Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal. Rates reviewed after a month of good work.

Requirements:

Reliable internet and the ability to use Grok Imagine and CapCut (I can provide the Grok account).
Careful attention to detail — the character must look identical in every image.
Comfortable with the content style: fashion/lifestyle, sometimes suggestive but always strictly SFW.
Confidentiality: you don't share the materials, prompts, or accounts, and you don't post anything yourself. Everything you make belongs to me.
Good communication: if a generation looks wrong, flag it — don't submit junk.

To apply, reply with:

One line about your experience with AI image tools (any tool is fine).
Your typical turnaround time for a small task.
The word "tortoiseshell" so I know you read this.

Shortlisted applicants get a small paid test task (US$10) before any ongoing work.

Where this can go:

This role is the entry point, not the ceiling. If your content is consistently strong and drives real Instagram engagement, there's more on the table: ownership of the full social media strategy (planning, scheduling, posting), performance-based pay tied to growth KPIs (followers, engagement, link clicks), and first pick of new paid roles as the business expands. I'd rather grow one great person into a bigger role than keep re-hiring — show me results and the work grows with you.
