JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Hiring: AI Content Operator

We are building AI-first social media pages around hyper-realistic digital creators.

We need one smart, fast, reliable person to help us build and run the content workflow.

This is not a basic editing job.

You will help create and maintain a realistic AI creator, turn ideas into short-form videos, and improve the workflow as we scale.

We are very early.
That means this is a good role for someone who wants to grow fast, learn fast, and become a key part of a new media business.

What you’ll do

* Create and maintain a consistent AI character
* Produce short-form vertical videos for social media
* Help make the character look realistic across different scenes
* Edit content so it feels clean, natural, and native to the platform
* Test AI tools and workflows to improve quality and speed
* Organise assets, prompts, references, and output files properly
* Contribute to daily content production
* Work closely with the founder and follow direction well

What we’re looking for

This is not for someone who needs constant hand-holding.

We need someone who cares about quality and can solve problems when outputs look wrong, inconsistent, or unrealistic.

* Premiere Pro
* After Effects
* CapCut
* ChatGPT
* similar AI image or video tools

You do not need to know every tool already.

But you must be good at learning new tools quickly.

Pay

This is a contractor role.

Starting pay depends on skill, speed, quality, and reliability.

Expected commitment: 40 hours per week, 6 days per week.
