We are seeking an AI Content Manager & Content Strategist who combines exceptional organization, strong long-form writing, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
This role is ideal for someone who loves taking large amounts of information—customer research, competitor research, ideas, data, transcripts, briefs, and existing content—and turning it into organized strategies and high-quality content that drives action and revenue.
You will own projects from the initial research and organization stage through messaging, content creation, landing-page execution, and performance analysis.
We are NOT looking for someone who simply asks ChatGPT to write articles.
We want someone who can think, research, organize, write, execute, analyze, and improve.
You should be equally comfortable working with long-form copy, data, AI tools, spreadsheets, and landing-page builders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Strategy, Research & Organization
Research and organization are a major part of this position.
You will:
Conduct structured market and customer research
Identify customer pains, desires, motivations, objections, and demand signals
Research competitors, offers, positioning, messaging, and content
Analyze reviews, forums, comments, transcripts, websites, and other customer data
Organize large amounts of research into clear themes and insights
Build detailed content briefs and outlines
Maintain organized research libraries and documentation
Create and maintain content calendars and production workflows
Track projects, deadlines, drafts, revisions, and final deliverables
Build SOPs and repeatable processes when necessary
You should be the type of person who sees a messy collection of information and immediately thinks:
“How can I organize this?”
Exceptional organization is one of the most important requirements for this position.
2. Customer Awareness & Messaging Strategy
You will help determine what we should say, who we should say it to, and how the message should change depending on the customer.
You will:
Map customer segments by awareness level, from unaware through most aware
Identify the primary problems and desires of each audience
Determine which messages and angles are appropriate for different awareness levels
Develop messaging frameworks based on customer research
Identify objections that must be addressed before conversion
Translate research into actionable messaging and content strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment
You should understand that someone who is unaware of their problem requires a very different message from someone actively comparing solutions.
3. Long-Form Writing & Content
You must be an excellent long-form writer and editor.
You will write, edit, organize, or oversee:
Long-form articles
Educational guides
Landing pages
Sales pages
Advertorial-style content
Lead magnets
Case studies
Email
Headlines
Calls to action
Supporting sales and marketing content
You should be able to take extensive research and transform it into a clear, logical, engaging narrative.
Your writing should be:
Well researched
Structured
Easy to understand
Persuasive
Concise when necessary
Detailed when necessary
Written for humans, not algorithms
Strong editorial judgment is essential.
4. Offer & Messaging Development
This role goes beyond simply producing content.
You will also help develop and improve the offers behind the content.
You will help design and refine:
Core value propositions
Customer promises
Positioning
Differentiation
Unique mechanisms
Bonuses and incentives
Guarantees
Urgency frameworks
Calls to action
Offer structure
You will use customer research to determine why someone should choose our offer instead of competing alternatives.
You will also help ensure that the offer, message, and content are aligned with the customer's level of awareness.
5. AI-Assisted Research & Content
You should be highly comfortable using tools such as:
ChatGPT
Claude
Gemini
Other AI research and content tools
You will use AI for:
Research
Research synthesis
Competitor analysis
Customer analysis
Brainstorming
Developing angles
Creating outlines

However:
AI assists your thinking. It does not replace your thinking.
We do not want someone who copies and pastes AI-generated content.
You should be able to recognize weak AI output, restructure it, fact-check it, remove repetition, improve arguments, and turn it into polished work.
6. Landing Pages & Funnels
You will help turn strategies and content into actual pages and funnels.
Depending on the project, you may:
Build landing pages
Update existing pages
Structure long-form sales pages
Improve page flow
Implement headlines and calls to action
Optimize page sections for conversion
Work with designers or developers when necessary
Experience with one or more of the following is valuable:

Similar landing-page builders
You do NOT need to be a professional designer.
We care more about your ability to understand page structure, messaging hierarchy, user flow, and conversion.
7. Data Analysis & Optimization
Good content and marketing should produce measurable results.
You will use Excel or Google Sheets to:
Track content and campaign performance

Document experiments
Compare results
Identify trends
Organize testing ideas
