JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing media company running and scaling multiple high-engagement Facebook pages.

Our content reaches millions of people each week.

We’re looking for an AI Content Creator to help us scale further by creating scroll-stopping images and posts using AI tools.

You’ll work directly with me (James), the founder.

Your role

You will:

- Create high-performing Facebook posts in our own unique style
- Use AI tools to generate images, reels, and written content
- Turn one idea into multiple variations
- Follow proven content formats and structures
- Help us build a repeatable content system

Your first main task will be:

- Finding proven viral content (we will give you access to specific software for this)
- Recreating and improving it
- Making it feel original and native to our pages

What we’re looking for

You:

- Understand what makes people stop scrolling
- Can write clear, natural English
- Can rewrite ideas in your own words (not copy)
- Are comfortable using AI tools (or willing to learn fast)
- Have a good eye for visuals
- Can create unique AI content (images and video) that aligns with our brand

We are building a system where AI helps with the heavy lifting. Your job is to guide it and improve the output.

You should have experience with:

- Facebook pages
- ChatGPT
- Canva
- CapCut
- Kling, Seadance, Nano Banana, Grok also desirable. Don't worry if you don't know some of these, tools can be learned. Output quality matters most.

Growth opportunity

This has the potential to become a long-term role. We will begin with paid trial work for successful applicants, with a view to taking on one or two people to produce content for us and help us manage our Facebook pages on a longer term basis.

Pay

- Starting rate: $3-4/hour based upon experience, skills, performance, and overall fit.
- Increases possible based on future performance if we take you on long term.
