JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time CapCut editor to create faceless TikTok story videos using our original mosquito characters.

This is NOT a UGC position.

Do not apply with product advertisements, influencer-style videos, talking-head content, testimonials, unboxing videos, or AI UGC product promotions. These samples will not be reviewed.

We are specifically looking for someone experienced in editing original, faceless short-form stories that are at least 60 seconds long and designed for TikTok’s Creator Rewards Program.

The ideal applicant understands how to turn multiple short AI-generated clips into a polished one-minute story with strong pacing, sound effects, music, dialogue, captions, transitions, and viewer retention.

PAY AND SCHEDULE

• $425 monthly salary
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week
• Paid monthly on the 1st
• Selected applicants will receive $5 for one paid test video
• Begin with approximately one completed video per day while learning the workflow
• Production may increase after you understand the system and consistently meet our quality standards

WHAT YOU WILL CREATE

You will create vertical faceless TikTok videos that:

• Are at least 60 seconds long
• Tell a complete and entertaining story
• Use AI-generated mosquito characters
• Contain approximately 8–12 scenes
• Use strong hooks, pacing, captions, music, sound effects, and transitions
• Maintain consistent characters, clothing, locations, and visual style
• Are edited for retention and TikTok’s Creator Rewards format
• Are exported vertically in 9:16 format

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Advanced CapCut Pro editing skills
• Ability to combine AI-generated images and clips into one polished video
• Experience using ChatGPT, Google Flow, and other generative AI tools
• 100% fluent in written and spoken English
• Reliable computer, internet connection, CapCut Pro, and ----------

THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR

• UGC creators
• Product advertisement editors
• Talking-head or influencer-style editors
• Applicants whose portfolio only contains videos under one minute
• Applicants who only use templates or basic CapCut effects
• Applicants who need complete beginner training in video editing
• Applicants who cannot provide relevant, viewable work samples

HOW TO APPLY

Your work samples are the most important part of your application.

Send the following:

Links to your best 60-second or longer faceless TikTok, Reels, or Shorts videos.
Confirmation that you are fluent in English.
Confirmation that you have CapCut Pro and ---------- .
Confirmation that you accept the $425 monthly salary.

IMPORTANT: Do not submit AI UGC, product advertisements, talking-head videos, or influencer-style content. Applications containing only these types of samples will be rejected.

Applications without at least one relevant, viewable video that is 60 seconds or longer will not be considered.

PAID TEST VIDEO

The strongest applicants will be invited to complete one $5 paid test video.

For the test, you will:

• Review a viral faceless AI story in our niche
• Recreate the story using our mosquito characters
• Generate or prepare the necessary images and video clips
• Edit the complete story in CapCut Pro
• Add appropriate captions and transitions
• Deliver a polished 9:16 video that is at least 60 seconds long
• Complete the test within 24 hours of receiving the instructions

The applicant who demonstrates the strongest CapCut editing, storytelling, attention to detail, communication, and understanding of the niche will be offered the full-time position.
