COMPANY OVERVIEW
BKG is a home-renovation group in the Netherlands. Our brands include Sanitairstudio (bathrooms) and
Tegelstudio (tiles), alongside 25+ other home-improvement brands in the wider BKG group. We publish a lot of
short-form content and need someone who makes everything the camera did not capture.

JOB DESCRIPTION
You make the visuals that were not filmed: images, B-roll clips, backgrounds, carousels and infographics. You
start from what is real, our showroom photos, product photos and 3D bathroom designs, and you use AI to
animate, extend and complete it. We sell real products, so a generated image is never presented as a real
customer project or a real product. You work from the briefs of our creative strategist and deliver to our video
editor and our social team. Your work covers Sanitairstudio, Tegelstudio and the wider BKG group, with the
group as the biggest share.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Build a prompt library and visual templates per brand (look, light, colors, typography), so everything we
publish looks like one brand.
Make the visuals that were not filmed. Start from our own photos and 3D designs (animate, extend, upscale)
and generate the rest: backgrounds, cutaways and title cards.
Deliver B-roll clips and images to our video editor in the right format, on the agreed day.
Design carousels and infographics in Canva from the briefs of our creative strategist.
Draft the captions for those posts. Dutch text is drafted with AI and our templates, and a Dutch colleague
checks it before it goes out.
Repurpose: turn one idea into several formats, such as a carousel, an infographic, a pin, an article image or
an ad creative.
Check every asset before you deliver it (hands, taps, reflections, tile lines, text), and label AI-generated
content where platforms require it. Voice or avatar work is done only with the consent of the person shown.

REQUIRED SKILLS
1+ year making content with AI image and video tools, with a portfolio.
Image generation and editing beyond the prompt: reference images, inpainting, upscaling, and placing real
products into a scene.
Image-to-video: short B-roll clips made from stills that hold up on a phone screen.

Good visual taste. You can match a brand look, and your work does not look generic.
Canva: carousels and infographics from a brand kit, with clean typography.
A sharp eye for AI mistakes, and the patience to fix them.
You know the rules: platform labels for AI content, commercial-use rights of your tools, and never showing a
generated image as a real project or product.
You work from a brief, at pace, and you keep your files and prompts organized.
Good written English.

TOOLS WE USE
We provide Krea, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Canva and Claude. Tell us which of these you know, and which other
tools you use (for example Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, Photoshop or Topaz).

NICE TO HAVE
Interior, architecture or product visuals.
Photoshop: generative fill and compositing.
Basic motion in CapCut or After Effects.
Ad creatives that were tested with budget.
Experience working with 3D renders.
Knowledge of Dutch or German.

AVAILABILITY
Part-time, 22 hours per week, spread over at least four days. We agree on a delivery day for each batch. You
have a weekly check-in with our content team during Amsterdam business hours (CET/CEST), which is
afternoon and evening in the Philippines. A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required.

EXPECTATIONS
You fill the gaps the camera can’t: fast, on-brand and without hand-holding. You are honest about what is
generated: if a visual could be mistaken for a real project, you say so before it goes out. If you spot a way to
improve a process, a tool or a result, you raise it with your manager.

WORKING CONDITIONS / SALARY
$438/month. Part-time now, with room to grow as our content output scales. Long-term, stable role.

HOW TO APPLY
Start your message with the word “INPAINT” so we know you have read the full post. Then answer these four
questions, 3 to 6 sentences each:
1. Share three pieces you made with AI tools for real content, with links: one image, one video clip (B-roll or
animation) and one carousel or infographic. For each: the tools you used, and what you fixed or changed by
hand after generating.
2. We sell real bathrooms and tiles, and we have real showroom photos and 3D designs. A script needs a shot
of a finished bathroom that we never filmed. What do you make, and what would you never present as real?
3. You need ten images and five short B-roll clips that look like one brand. How do you keep the look
consistent, and which AI mistakes do you check for before you deliver?
4. From one video and its brief you make a five-slide carousel with Dutch text, a language you don’t speak.
Describe your steps, and how you prevent text mistakes on the slides.
Also include:
Your usual turnaround for a five-slide carousel and for a five-second B-roll clip. Only share work that already
exists; please don’t make anything new for this.
Which tools you have your own subscription for, and which days and hours (Philippine time) you are
available.
