AI Content Automation Systems Builder — Claude Code Expert

We are looking for an experienced Claude Code automation expert to help us build a complete content automation system and the step-by-step SOPs used to teach that system inside our program.

This is not a traditional social media manager role. We need someone who understands Claude Code, AI tools, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and skills development—and can turn multiple tools into reliable, repeatable content-production workflows.

What You’ll Build

You will help us create and test an end-to-end system for researching, writing, producing, and repurposing social media content using Claude Code and tools including:

* Higgsfield for AI image and video creation
* HeyGen for AI avatars and talking-head videos
* Hyperframes and Remotion for automated video production
* Apify for content and competitor research
* Arcads and Creatify for ads and UGC-style content
* Canva for carousels and visual content
* ElevenLabs for AI voice generation
* Additional tools you recommend that improve the system

Key Responsibilities

* Build a complete content automation system inside Claude Code
* Create step-by-step setup instructions that non-technical users can follow
* Connect and organize tools, MCP servers, APIs, templates, and workflows
* Find, install, create, or customize Claude Code skills for:
* Copywriting
* Hooks
* Short-form video scripts
* Captions
* Carousels
* Social media content
* Content research and repurposing
* Build custom prompting skills when existing skills are not strong enough
* Test every workflow from beginning to end
* Improve outputs for quality, consistency, realism, and reliability
* Create clear SOPs, screen recordings, templates, and troubleshooting instructions
* Work independently while also collaborating with us during live screen-share sessions
* Recommend better tools, integrations, and workflow improvements when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

* Advanced experience using Claude Code
* Strong understanding of MCP servers, APIs, automations, and custom skills
* Experience connecting multiple AI tools into repeatable workflows
* Strong prompt-engineering and system-building ability
* Familiarity with AI-generated social media content
* Ability to independently research and solve technical problems
* Ability to explain technical processes in simple, step-by-step language
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Comfortable working collaboratively during live screen shares
* Detail-oriented and willing to thoroughly test workflows before documenting them

Experience with several of the tools listed above is preferred. You do not need to know every tool already, but you must be able to learn unfamiliar platforms quickly and confidently.

Important

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to generate content with ChatGPT or Claude. We need a systems builder who can create a dependable content-production engine, document it clearly, test it thoroughly, and help us improve it over time.
