JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled AI-driven marketing specialist who understands how to use modern AI tools to create content, run advertising campaigns, and build marketing automation systems.

This is a project-based role with the possibility of long-term collaboration depending on performance.

We are seeking someone proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented who understands lead generation and brand visibility.

You will be responsible for helping grow multiple businesses by creating high-quality marketing content and lead generation systems.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content using AI tools
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns
• Run and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns
• Build and manage email & SMS automation
• Create marketing workflows inside GoHighLevel
• Generate engaging ad creatives and captions
• Schedule and manage social media posts
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills

• Experience using AI tools for marketing
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads
• Experience with GoHighLevel / CRM automation
• Social media marketing experience
• Ability to create engaging marketing content
• Strong English communication skills
• Funnel building experience
• Graphic design skills
• Video content creation
• Understanding of lead generation strategies

Work Setup

• Project-based work
• Flexible hours but must overlap with Eastern Time Zone (US)
• Work may expand depending on results
