JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are building multiple AI-first software platforms that combine autonomous coding agents with human oversight. This is not a traditional software development role.

You'll work directly with the founder to build production software using modern AI development workflows including Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Hermes, and Base44.

The goal is to move at AI speed while maintaining high quality engineering standards.

What You'll Do

* Work side by side with the founder to build production applications.
* Use Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and other AI coding agents to develop new features.
* Review AI-generated code before implementation.
* Help break large projects into implementation tasks for autonomous coding agents.
* Debug AI-generated code and resolve integration issues.
* Build and improve Base44 applications.
* Test features thoroughly before deployment.
* Help manage Git branches, commits, pull requests, and code reviews.
* Document implementation decisions and maintain project organization.
* Research APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
* Learn and adopt new AI development tools as they become available.

Required Experience

You must have hands-on experience with most of the following:

* Claude Code
* OpenAI Codex
* ChatGPT
* Base44
* Git and GitHub
* Prompt engineering for software development
* AI-assisted coding workflows
* JavaScript or TypeScript
* React
* API integrations
* Debugging production applications

Bonus Experience

Highly preferred if you've worked with:

* Twilio

* OCR and document AI
* Voice AI
* Workflow automation

This is not a copy-and-paste ChatGPT job.

You should already understand how modern AI development works. You'll be expected to collaborate with multiple AI coding agents, review their work, improve prompts, debug implementations, and help ship production-quality software.

Access to our AI development environment, including Claude Code and related tools, will be provided as part of this role.
