Generative AI Character Specialist (AI Models & Influencers)

Job Description

We are a digital marketing and technology team working on modern AI-driven content projects.

We are looking for a creative and technically curious individual who is interested in building AI-generated characters and virtual influencers using generative AI tools.

This role focuses on creating consistent AI characters, developing visual styles, and building scalable workflows for generating images and visual content.

You will receive training materials and examples to help you learn our workflow and gradually improve the quality and consistency of the characters you create.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated characters and virtual influencers
• Generate image sets and visual content using generative AI tools
• Follow reference styles and maintain character consistency
• Experiment with different prompts, models, and workflows
• Organize generated content and character libraries
• Collaborate with the team to improve generation workflows

Test new AI tools and generation techniques

Tools We Use

You do not need to know all of these tools, but experience with similar technologies is a plus:
• Stable Diffusion
• LoRA Models
• ComfyUI Workflows
• AI Image Generation Tools
• Image and Video Generation Pipelines

Training resources will be provided for candidates who are motivated to learn and grow in this field.

Requirements
• Strong interest in AI image generation and creative tools
• Ability to follow visual references and create consistent characters
• Basic understanding of generative AI tools or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and experiment with new ideas

Salary

$800 – $2,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and working hours.

Candidates with experience in generative AI workflows, Stable Diffusion, or LoRA models may qualify for higher compensation.
