We're a fast-growing DTC beauty brand. We grow through one channel above all: Meta ads. We're small, we move fast, and we ship every day. Your work will be running as live ads within 24 hours of making it.
Right now the founder creates every ad image and writes every ad copy himself. That's the bottleneck. You'll take it over.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Create the ad images: one batch per day: 5 concepts with 5 variations each, so 25 finished images. About 45 minutes per batch once you're trained.
2. Write the ad copy: primary text, headline and description for each ad, organized in our template.
3. Hand it off: everything into ClickUp, marked ready for our media buyer to launch.
You do NOT need to be a Photoshop wizard. We have a complete AI design system built on Claude, and we'll teach it to you in about an hour. What we can't teach is taste, speed, and caring about the work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience creating images with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT/GPT Image, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, or similar)
- A design eye: you can tell a premium ad from a cheap one
- Clear, natural English writing
- Extremely organized and reliable: when you say a batch is ready, it's ready
- You want to grow with us. This starts part-time and becomes full-time at a higher rate as we scale. We promote from inside.
Nice to have: Meta Ads Manager experience, beauty/skincare background.
We want someone trained and producing next week.
