JOB OVERVIEW

AI CONTENT CREATOR + VIDEO EDITOR (INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK REELS – HEALTH & WELLNESS)

We are hiring a highly creative and self-directed Virtual Assistant to build and manage a faceless AI-driven health & wellness content account.

This is NOT a basic VA role — you will be responsible for researching, scripting, creating, editing, and posting content daily.

- Facebook Reels
(No TikTok required)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research viral AI-generated content on Instagram & Facebook
- Write your own scripts based on proven, high-performing content
- Create AI-generated videos using tools such as:
- V03 / Kling AI
- HeyGen
- ElevenLabs (voice generation)
- Any additional AI tools you are experienced with
- Source or generate B-roll that matches each script
- Edit videos for Reels (fast-paced, engaging, optimized for retention)
- Add captions, on-screen text, and strong hooks
- Post and schedule content daily

- Minimum 1–3+ videos per day

Creative Direction:
- You will take full ownership of content creation
- You should be comfortable identifying trends and recreating viral-style videos
- I will be mostly hands-off, but may occasionally provide inspiration or ideas if needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with AI video tools (REQUIRED)
- Skilled in short-form video editing (CapCut or similar)
- Deep understanding of what performs well on Instagram & Facebook Reels
- Ability to independently research, script, and execute content
- Fast turnaround time and consistent daily output
- Strong English comprehension

Compensation:
- $3–$5 USD per hour depending on experience

Paid Test Task (Required):
To be considered, you must complete a paid test task.

You will be asked to:
- Find 1 viral AI-style video on Instagram or Facebook
- Create a similar video (newscript, same style concept)
- Generate AI visuals + voice
- Edit into a short-form video ready to post

This test is paid and helps us identify the best fit for long-term work.
