JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a senior-level AI automation architect who can build a complete AI CEO System that runs business operations across multiple companies. This role requires zero training, zero hand-holding, and real experience building advanced automation systems.

If you are not already an expert in AI agents, custom automations, and Google Workspace scripting — do NOT apply.

YOU MUST ALREADY BE A BEAST AT:
???? AI Agents & Automation

Building and deploying AI automations using OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, etc.

Multi-agent orchestration (planner, worker agents, evaluators).

AI workflows that run tasks DAILY without supervision.

RAG pipelines, embedding search, vector DBs.

???? GoHighLevel (GHL)

API integrations, webhooks, dynamic updates

Workflow automations that:

read emails

create tasks

assign users

trigger pipelines

generate summaries

send follow-ups

Custom GHL CRM structures + automations

???? Google Workspace (MUST BE A PRO)

Build Google Apps Script from scratch

Automate Gmail (parse emails, label, archive, forward, call APIs)

Automate Google Sheets (import, transform, validate, schedule jobs)

Automate Google Drive (create folders, move files, rename, generate PDFs)

Connect Google Workspace ? GHL ? APIs ? Slack

Create cron-based timed triggers and automation logs

Build dashboards with Sheets + Apps Script

Build backend logic using Sheets as a database

Extract data from PDFs, CSVs, emails into structured formats

OAuth credentials, service accounts, custom API integrations

If you’ve only used simple formulas or “connected Sheets to GHL” — don’t waste my time.

WHAT THE AI CEO SYSTEM MUST DO

You will be building a system that:

Reads + summarizes emails

Creates tasks automatically

Pulls data from Sheets/Drive

Sends daily reports

Runs automations for intake, QA, billing, compliance

Assigns tasks dynamically to tea ---------- mbers

Tracks everything in dashboards

Operates across multiple businesses (home health, agency, meal prep, real estate)

BONUS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT HUGE PLUS):

LangChain / CrewAI / LlamaIndex

Python automation

Retool / Bubble / Supabase dashboards

Zapier/Make advanced workflows

Knowledge of EHR systems (specifically DSL)

Experience building scalable backend automations
