## Role Summary

We are hiring an exceptional AI Avatar Video Producer to join our team and help us scale high quality AI videos fast.

You will take a topic and target avatar, then:

* Write the script and prompts
* Generate the AI avatar video
* Nail the Australian tone and character
* Edit and deliver a finished video that looks seamless

This role is focused on one thing only: **elite AI avatar videos** with realistic mouth movement, natural voice tone, clean pacing, and professional on screen annotations.

## Location

VIRTUAL

## Pay Range

$1,000 to $1,200 per month (AUD).
If you are exceptional and your rate is higher, still apply and tell us your expected rate.

## Tools You Must Know (Or Equivalent)

You must have strong experience with:

* HeyGen, Synthesia, D ID, Colossyan or similar
* ElevenLabs or similar AI voice tools
* Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci, Final Cut)

## Your Responsibilities

* Create scripts and prompts tailored to our exact avatar and demographic (Australian tradesmen style content)
* Generate AI avatar footage that looks real, not robotic
* Match tone, pacing, slang, pronunciation, and delivery so it feels genuinely Australian
* Edit the final video with captions, overlays, callouts, and annotations
* Quality check everything: lip sync, timing, realism, and retention
* Deliver finished videos ready to upload across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and ads

We are serious about quality. The videos must be:

* Seamless and realistic mouth movement
* Natural voice tone and pacing
* High retention structure (strong hook, clean flow, clear close)
* Clean subtitles and on screen text
* Professional finishing with no lazy mistakes
