AI Avatar Video Creator

Experienced AI video creators ONLY. This is NOT a training position.
I'm looking for experienced AI video creators who specialize in producing highly realistic, engaging AI videos using Omni and Google Flow.

You must already be proficient with both platforms and capable of producing high-quality content with minimal supervision.
I'm not looking for someone who needs to be taught how to generate videos, write prompts, maintain character consistency, or edit content.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

You MUST have extensive hands-on experience with:

Omni: Advanced AI video generation, character consistency, reference images, ingredients, and complex scenes.

Google Flow: Advanced video generation and realistic scene creation.
Prompt Engineering: Strong understanding of camera movements, character interactions, dialogue, facial expressions, lighting, and realistic human behavior.

Video Editing: Ability to edit and assemble professional short-form videos that closely match provided references.

Experience using these tools is mandatory. Please do not apply if you are still learning them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

I will provide scripts, reference videos, and creative direction. You will be responsible for the entire production process.

This includes:

Creating and maintaining highly realistic, consistent AI characters.
Producing engaging AI-generated scenes using Omni and Google Flow.
Writing and refining detailed prompts independently.

Maintaining consistent characters, environments, clothing, and lighting across multiple scenes.
Generating realistic facial expressions, body movements, dialogue, and character interactions.
Editing scenes into polished, vertical short-form videos.

Closely recreating reference videos while maintaining high production quality.
Identifying and correcting generation mistakes without needing constant feedback.
Occasionally contributing original ideas and improving existing concepts.
Your responsibility is to deliver finished videos, not just individual AI-generated clips.

MY EXPECTATIONS

1. Independent production
You should be capable of taking a script and reference video and producing a finished product without requiring step-by-step instructions.
I expect you to solve problems independently and understand how to achieve the intended results.

2. Exceptional realism
Videos must look realistic and professionally produced.
I'm particularly focused on natural human movements, convincing facial expressions, realistic lighting, consistent environments, and accurate dialogue.
Obvious AI mistakes, unnatural movements, inconsistent characters, and poor editing are unacceptable.

3. Ability to replicate references
You must be able to study a reference video and closely recreate its pacing, camera angles, character interactions, emotions, and overall production quality.
Attention to detail is extremely important.

4. Consistent daily output
The minimum expectation is 6 fully finished videos per day, 5 to 6 days per week.
You must be capable of consistently meeting production requirements without sacrificing quality.
If you cannot realistically maintain this volume, please do not apply.

5. Ownership and accountability
I expect you to review your own work before submitting it.
Videos containing obvious mistakes, poor generations, continuity issues, or incorrect dialogue should never be submitted as finished work.
You must be comfortable receiving feedback, making revisions, and working toward consistently improving production quality.

COMPENSATION

$4 per completed and approved video.
Minimum expected output: 6 videos daily.
Expected working schedule: 5 to 6 days weekly.
Opportunity for increased compensation based on exceptional performance, reliability, and consistent results.
Payment is based on completed videos that meet our quality standards.

HOW TO APPLY

Please include the following information:
Examples of your BEST AI-generated videos created using Omni or Google Flow. Only submit videos you personally produced.
Explain your experience with BOTH Omni and Google Flow.
Describe your typical production workflow, from receiving a script to delivering the finished video.
How many completed videos can you realistically produce per day?
Are you comfortable producing at least 6 videos daily, 5 to 6 days per week?
Applications without relevant examples will not be considered.

PAID SKILL TEST

Every shortlisted applicant must complete a paid recreation assignment before being hired.
I will provide a reference video and the necessary creative direction.

Your assignment will be to recreate the reference as closely as possible using Omni and Google Flow.
I will evaluate:

Overall video realism and production quality.
Accuracy in recreating the reference.
Character and environmental consistency.
Camera angles, pacing, dialogue, and emotional delivery.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Turnaround time.
