AI Avatar & Video Content Specialist for CLINIQ by Fay

CLINIQ by Fay is a medical and aesthetic clinic based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are looking for an experienced AI Avatar & Video Content Specialist to create a realistic digital version of our founder and owner, Fay, and turn it into a consistent source of high-quality video content.

We want Fay to remain the recognisable face of the clinic, sharing our approach, introducing our services and answering common questions without needing to film every video herself.

This role covers the complete production process: creating the avatar and voice, developing scripts, generating footage and delivering fully edited videos.

THE VISION

We will share a reference video showing the presentation style we want: a confident presenter speaking directly to the camera, natural facial expressions, different camera angles, professional lighting, clear subtitles and engaging editing.

Your task is to achieve a similar level of presentation using Fay’s own appearance and voice, adapted to CLINIQ by Fay’s identity.

The videos should feel personal, warm and credible. Realistic facial movement, natural speech and consistent likeness are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. Creating Fay’s AI avatar

• Advise us on the photos, video recordings and voice samples required.
• Provide clear recording instructions and guide Fay through the initial setup.
• Create an avatar that closely reflects her actual face, proportions, expressions and mannerisms.
• Maintain a consistent appearance across videos, including different outfits, settings and camera angles.
• Refine the avatar based on feedback before moving into ongoing production.
• Check for unnatural expressions, distorted hands, inconsistent features and other visible generation errors.

2. Voice creation and Dutch-language quality

• Create an authorised AI version of Fay’s voice using recordings she provides.
• Preserve her recognisable tone, warmth and speaking style.
• Produce natural Dutch speech with accurate pronunciation, pacing and emphasis.
• Check pronunciation of our brand name and treatment terminology.
• Support English versions when required.
• Ensure accurate lip-sync and avoid robotic delivery or unnatural pauses.

3. Content development and scripting

• Turn our ideas, campaign briefs and frequently asked questions into clear video scripts.
• Propose topics and formats proactively.
• Write strong openings that capture attention quickly.
• Structure videos so they are easy to follow and keep viewers engaged.
• Adapt scripts to different lengths and platforms.
• Include relevant calls to action, such as booking a consultation or learning more about a service.
• Submit scripts for approval before generating the final videos.

Fay should always be presented accurately as the founder and owner of CLINIQ by Fay. Medical information and treatment-related claims must be reviewed by our clinical team. The avatar should never imply qualifications she does not hold or present invented personal treatment experiences.

4. Video production and editing

• Produce complete videos using the approved avatar, voice and scripts.
• Create visual variety through suitable framing, camera angles, backgrounds and supporting footage.
• Add accurate subtitles, on-screen text, branding, music and supporting visuals where appropriate.
• Keep subtitles readable and positioned correctly for each platform.
• Deliver polished vertical videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok and Meta ads.
• Create alternative hooks, shorter edits and different calls to action for testing.
• Review each video for visual consistency, audio quality, spelling and timing before delivery.

5. Collaboration with our social media team

We already have a social media team that can supply images, brand assets and available clinic footage.

You will work closely with them to:

• Request the specific assets you need, with clear briefs and deadlines.
• Align video topics with our content calendar and campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across our social channels.
• Deliver organised, clearly labelled files ready for publishing.
• Use performance feedback to improve future videos.

You will own the AI video production process and be expected to work independently, manage deadlines and suggest solutions.

THE EXPERIENCE WE NEED

• A portfolio of realistic AI avatars based on actual people.
• Demonstrable experience with voice cloning and accurate lip-sync.
• Strong skills in video editing, pacing and visual storytelling.
• The ability to preserve one person’s identity across multiple scenes and videos.
• Experience producing natural Dutch-language content, or a reliable process for Dutch-language quality checks.
• An understanding of social media engagement, retention and conversion.
• A polished visual style suited to a premium clinic.
• Clear communication, attention to detail and reliable delivery.

Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness or medical aesthetics brands is a plus.

INITIAL PROJECT AND ONGOING WORK

The first stage will include:

• Reviewing our reference video and brand assets.

• Producing one pilot video for approval.
• Establishing a repeatable workflow for future videos.

After the pilot is approved, we would like to move into regular video production. Monthly volume and turnaround times will be agreed based on your production capacity and the approved quality standard.

OWNERSHIP AND ACCESS

The avatar and voice will be created with Fay’s explicit consent and used only for approved purposes.

Please explain how you will handle account access, recordings, editable project files and handover. We require a setup that allows CLINIQ by Fay to retain access to its assets and continue using the agreed workflow. Any licensing restrictions or recurring software costs must be disclosed upfront.
