JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer who can build high-performance automation systems using modern “vibe coding” tools and frameworks. This role is focused on designing, building, and optimizing automations that directly impact sales, marketing, and internal operations.

You will be responsible for turning ideas into working systems quickly, using tools like N8n, Zapier, ---------- , and Claude Code. This is not a beginner role. You are expected to have already built real automations and be able to prove it.

What You’ll Do
Build and deploy automation workflows across tools like N8n, Zapier, ---------- , and Claude Code
Design and implement sales automations (lead capture, follow-ups, CRM workflows, pipeline movement)
Build marketing automations (email sequences, lead nurturing, campaign triggers, integrations)
Create dashboards and reporting systems for performance tracking
Integrate APIs and connect multiple platforms into unified systems
Identify inefficiencies and replace manual processes with automation
Work quickly and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
Proven experience building AI-powered or automation-based systems
Strong working knowledge of:
N8n
Zapier
----------
Claude Code
Experience building automations for marketing agencies is strongly preferred
Ability to design systems for sales pipelines, lead management, and marketing workflows
Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Ability to clearly explain technical systems in simple terms
Non-Negotiable Application Requirement

You must submit a Loom video showing something you have built.

Your Loom must include:

A walkthrough of a real automation/system you created
The actual tool/interface used (N8n, Zapier, Make, Claude Code, etc.)
Clear visibility of the workflow or build environment (no vague overviews)
Proof that you personally built it
A step-by-step explanation of how it works, in English

Compensation

Based on experience and proven ability. Higher pay for candidates who demonstrate real, working systems and strong execution.
