JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly resourceful AI Automation & Systems Specialist to help us streamline and scale our operations. You will build and manage simple, reliable automation systems using AI, Google Sheets, APIs, and workflow tools.

This is a builder role - not theory. We value execution, problem-solving, and speed.

What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain automation workflows (deal sourcing, content pipelines, notifications)
• Connect tools using APIs, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
• Improve internal systems using Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar tools
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to create efficient workflows and pipelines
• Identify inefficiencies and implement simple, scalable solutions
• Reduce manual work across the team through automation

Requirements
• Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Comfortable working with APIs and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving mindset (able to figure things out independently)
• Experience using AI tools in real workflows (not just prompting)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Clear and professional English communication

Bonus (Nice to Have)
• Experience with scraping tools (Apify, Firecrawl, etc.)
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or e-commerce workflows
• Experience working with remote teams
