Summary
We’re an Australian property investment business seeking a part-time AI Automation Specialist to work closely with our team.

The role involves improving existing systems, building new automations, optimising workflows, and supporting team members to ensure they can confidently and effectively use the solutions implemented.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a strong 1-on-1 focus. You’ll work directly with team members throughout the process, rather than simply providing documentation and moving on.

What you'll be doing
- Working 1:1 with team members to understand their workflows and pain points
- Building and improving automations and AI-powered systems across the business
- Fixing existing systems and workflows that aren't working as intended
- Training team members on how to use new tools and automations effectively
- Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive or manual work
- Documenting systems and processes so they're easy to maintain and hand over
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and find practical, effective solutions

What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience building and implementing AI automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, GPT-based workflows, or similar tools)
- Comfortable working directly and patiently with non-technical team members
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator — able to explain technical systems in simple terms
- Proactive, takes ownership, and follows through without needing to be chased
- Experience training others or creating simple, usable documentation
- Experience in property, real estate, or working with Australian businesses is a bonus but not essential.

Hours & schedule
- Part-time to start, 20 hrs/week; with potential to grow depending on business needs. Fully remote.
