JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented AI Automation Specialist / Virtual Assistant with deep experience using Claude (Anthropic AI) to help build and manage automation systems for a fast-growing home care company and a new business platform.

This is NOT a basic VA role.
We are looking for someone who can think, build, and execute systems using AI.

• The TurnKey Experience – a business system that provides virtual assistants and automation for other senior care companies

You will play a critical role in helping us automate operations, marketing, and client workflows using AI.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
AI & Automation (Core Role)

• Build and manage workflows using Claude AI
• Create automated systems for:

Lead follow-up (texts, emails, CRM workflows)
Client onboarding
Caregiver recruiting pipelines
Appointment setting systems
• Design prompt frameworks and reusable AI systems
• Continuously improve automation performance
Marketing & Content Execution
Customer Service call answering
auto scheduling

• Create and schedule content for:

Facebook
Instagram
YouTube
• Assist with running and optimizing Meta ad campaigns
• Repurpose content (YouTube ? social media clips, captions, etc.)
Operations Support

• Assist with CRM management (Welcome Home / similar tools)
• Help organize and improve internal workflows
• Build SOPs and process documentation
• Support The TurnKey Experience clients with implementation

???? What We’re Looking For

You MUST have:

• Strong experience using Claude AI (prompt engineering + automation)
• Experience building workflows using AI tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.)
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to think independently and solve problems
• High attention to detail
• Experience with social media marketing and ads (preferred)

BONUS if you have:
• Experience with home care / healthcare businesses
• CRM experience (Welcome Home, Zoho, etc.)
• Video/content editing skills

Monthly Salary:
