Hey, we are Campaign Labs. We are a performance marketing agency founded by a marketing hobbyist. We create ad campaigns that reach millions of users using fast loading and beautifully designed landing pages.
The Role:
We’re looking for a technical automation wizard who can take our ideas and turn them into scalable, efficient systems. You’ll own the implementation side of our automation strategy, wiring together tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, ChatGPT, Twilio, and n8n to automate communications, CRM workflows, appointment flows, and more. You’ll work closely with our leadership team (we know these tools too), but your job is to be the executor, the one who actually builds the machine.
This is the first of many projects. Do great work and you’ll have opportunities across industries like real estate, home services, finance, and ecommerce.
What You’ll Do:
>> Build the Engine
Design and implement end to end automations using GoHighLevel, OpenAI’s ChatGPT API, Twilio, and n8n (or similar tools like Zapier or Make)
>> Simplify Communication
Set up and refine systems that manage customer messaging, inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and more with minimal human input
>> Connect the Dots
Ensure all tools talk to each other cleanly whether that’s syncing data across platforms or triggering the right workflows at the right time
>> Document for Scale
Deliver clean, clear documentation and SOPs for everything you build so it can be improved or expanded in the future
>> Collaborate and Iterate
Work directly with our leadership team to understand project goals, propose smart solutions, and continuously refine the system
Who You Are:
-You’re an automation geek who sees every manual task as an opportunity for improvement and you’ve got the technical chops to bring that vision to life
-You’ve worked with GoHighLevel, ChatGPT or OpenAI APIs, and tools like Twilio, Zapier, or n8n and ideally have examples to show for it
-You understand how CRM systems work, how APIs fit together, and how to troubleshoot when the system doesn’t behave
-You enjoy taking loose ideas and turning them into tight, functioning workflows
-You write clean documentation and think ahead, building with scalability in mind rather than patch jobs
What You Bring
-Proven experience with GoHighLevel, especially automations and AI workflows
-Strong knowledge of the ChatGPT API (GPT 4, Whisper, etc.)
-Experience setting up Twilio for SMS, calls, voi
-Solid understanding of automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
-Strong knowledge of software like Asana, Clickup, or Teamwork
-Ability to troubleshoot, iterate, and improve existing systems
-Great communication skills so you can explain your setup, your logic, and what’s next
Bonus Points For
-Python or JavaScript knowledge for advanced integrations
-Experience building reporting dashboards in Google Data Studio or Power BI
-Previous automation work across a variety of industries
