AI Automation Specialist (OpenAI / OpenClaw / Systems Builder)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time or Contract (High Impact Role)

This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build-the-machine role BUT we have a TON already SOP'd to work from

Mission
We are looking for a high-level AI Automation Specialist who can design, build, and deploy an end-to-end AI operating system that runs core functions of our company.
You will be responsible for turning our existing data, content, and processes into fully automated, AI-driven workflows.

What You’ll Build
You will architect and deploy systems that handle:
1. AI Phone Setter
AI inbound & outbound calling system
Lead qualification, follow-up, and appointment setting
Integration with CRM + calendar
Human-like scripting and objection handling
2. Credit Analysis + Pre-Approvals Engine
Analyze client credit reports (Experian, Transunion, Equifax.)
Output:
Funding eligibility
Pre-approvals across multiple funding products (0%, SBA, MCA, BLOC, etc.)
Decision logic + AI layer
3. Automated Funding Game Plans
Generate personalized funding strategies for each client
Based on:
Credit profile
Business profile
Goals
Output clean, client-facing plan + internal execution checklist
4. CRM + Workflow Automation
Build or optimize CRM (Zoho or alternative)
Track:
Applications
Approvals
Funding amounts
Trigger automations across pipeline
5. Commission Automation
Auto-calculate commissions based on:
Funding approvals
Role (sales, advisor, etc.)
Sync with internal dashboards
6. Automated Invoicing
Generate and send invoices based on:
Funding secured
Contract terms
Integrate with payment systems
7. KPI Analytics Dashboard
Build real-time dashboard tracking:
Funding volume
Close rates
Approval rates
Revenue
Team performance
Must be leadership-level visibility
8. AI Content + Social System
Generate content from existing data + recordings
Auto-post across platforms
Engage with audience (comments, DMs)
Build content flywheel

Required Skillset
You are NOT just a “Zapier person.”
You are a systems architect + builder.
Must have experience with:
AI frameworks (OpenAI, agents, prompt systems, etc.)
OpenClaw (or similar advanced AI orchestration tools)
Voice AI tools (Vapi, Retell, Twilio, etc.)
Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or custom builds)
API integrations
Data structuring + logic systems
Bonus if you have:
Fintech or credit/funding experience
Experience building AI sales systems
Experience with commission systems or financial workflows
