AI Automation Specialist | Position Type: Part-time | Experience Level: At least 2 Years

What You'll Do:
Technical Implementation & Optimization
+ Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated automation workflows using industry-leading platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)
+ Integrate AI solutions strategically across departments to drive measurable productivity gains
+ Build complex, multi-step workflows featuring API integrations and webhooks
+ Continuously troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation processes
+ Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to organizational needs

Knowledge Transfer & Education:
+ Develop and deliver customized training programs that enable tea ---------- mbers to confidently use AI tools and automation platforms in their daily roles
+ Create comprehensive, step-by-step documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that empower independence
+ Produce engaging training materials, video tutorials, and resource guides
+ Provide ongoing mentorship and support as the organization scales

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Partner with department leaders to identify automation opportunities and pain points
+ Translate business requirements into technical solutions
+ Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization


Required Technical Qualifications
Automation & Integration Expertise:
+ Hands-on proficiency with Make (Integromat), Zapier, and/or n8n (minimum 2+ years of demonstrated experience)
+ Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data flows
+ Proven ability to design and execute complex, multi-step automation workflows
+ Experience troubleshooting and optimizing existing processes

AI & Emerging Technologies:
+ Working knowledge of generative AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude AI, Perplexity, and similar tools
+ Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use cases
+ Familiarity with emerging AI applications relevant to business operations
+ Ability to evaluate and recommend new tools as technology evolves

Project & Information Management:
+ Proficiency with project management and workflow organization tools (Trello or similar platforms)
+ Strong documentation and SOP creation skills
+ Ability to organize and prioritize multiple concurrent projects

+ Have significantly expanded automation across the organization
+ Built a culture where tea ---------- mbers confidently use AI and automation tools
+ Established yourself as the go-to expert for digital transformation initiatives
+ Developed training materials that enable semi-independent learning
