JOB OVERVIEW

AI Automation Specialist – Video Ad Agency ( ---------- + Kling API)

We are a fast-growing video ad agency producing 200+ AI-generated video creatives per month for e-commerce and direct response clients. We're looking for a ---------- automation specialist to build, manage, and continuously optimize our entire AI video production pipeline.

This is a long-term, part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time as we scale.

---

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD (One-Time Setup)

- Connect Google Sheets ? fal.ai or Kling API ? Google Drive so our team can submit video jobs via spreadsheet and receive finished videos automatically in a named folder
- Set up Slack/email notifications when videos are ready or fail
- Build a simple revision workflow so failed or rejected videos can be flagged, prompt-tweaked, and regenerated automatically

---

WHAT YOU'LL MANAGE (Ongoing)

- Monitor all automations daily and fix any errors or failed runs
- Handle prompt tweaks and regenerations when videos don't meet quality standards
- Optimize the pipeline as we add new video types, avatars, or products
- Research and integrate new AI video models as better options become available
- Keep costs per video as low as possible without sacrificing quality

---

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong ---------- experience (certification preferred)
- Hands-on experience with API and webhook integrations
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Familiarity with AI video generation tools (fal.ai, Kling, Higgsfield, or similar)
- Reliable internet connection and available during overlap hours
- Strong attention to detail — video quality directly impacts client results

---

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with n8n or Zapier
- Understanding of direct response video ads and what makes them perform
- Experience with prompt engineering for AI video/image tools

---

WHAT WE OFFER

- Part-time to start (10-20 hrs/week), growing with us as volume increases
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Long-term stable role — this is not a one-off project
- Direct access to decision makers, no corporate bureaucracy
- You'll be working on cutting-edge AI tools before most agencies even know they exist

---

HOW TO APPLY

Please answer the following in your application:

1. What automation tools do you have the most experience with?
2. Have you worked with any AI video or image generation APIs before? Which ones?
3. Describe a ---------- automation you built — what did it connect and what problem did it solve?
4. What is your availability and expected monthly rate?

Applications without answers to these questions will not be considered.
