We are hiring an AI Automation Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for building scalable automations, AI-powered agents, and integrated workflows across teams — from operations and onboarding to marketing and CRM.

What You'll Do
- Design and deploy advanced automations using platforms like N8N
- Build agentic AI workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Automate tasks across CRM (e.g., Funnelr, Active Campaign), project management tools (e.g., Notion), communication apps (e.g., Slack), and productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace)
- Collaborate with internal leadership to roll out AI-enhanced operations
- Translate SOPs and manual processes into structured, scalable automations
- Maintain documentation, version control, and clarity across all workflows
- Refactor legacy automations (e.g., Zapier) into a more robust low-code stack
- Ensure every automation meets standards for consistency, governance, and team-wide usability

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in building low-code/no-code automations (Zapier, ---------- , N8N, etc.)
- Technical proficiency in APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, data routing, and error handling
- Experience integrating tools like Funnelr, GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Ability to build workflows that incorporate LLMs, parse AI responses, and trigger next-step logic
- Familiarity with agent/agentic workflow design — systems that act, d ---------- , and self-correct
- Organized, proactive, and communicative, with excellent documentation habits
- Bonus: JavaScript proficiency or experience working within AI product environments
