BOSS MGMT GRP is seeking an experienced AI & Automation Implementation Specialist to help modernise and optimise the way our business operates.
This is not a theoretical advisory role. We are looking for a highly capable external specialist who can assess our current workflows, identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation, implement practical systems improvements, and help oversee the rollout of new tools, platforms, and automations across the business.
You will work closely with leadership to improve the efficiency, intelligence, and scalability of our operations across creator management, brand partnerships, outreach, onboarding, CRM, internal knowledge, reporting, and administrative workflows.

The Role
We are looking for an external specialist to help us:
- review and assess our current workflows, systems, and operational processes
- identify where AI can be meaningfully embedded into day-to-day work
- recommend and help implement the right platforms, automations, and integrations
- improve internal efficiency, visibility, documentation, and execution
- support the rollout, adoption, and governance of new systems across the business
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with hands-on systems implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- conducting an audit of current workflows, tools, and operational bottlenecks
- identifying high-impact AI and automation opportunities across the business
- designing and implementing practical workflow improvements
- recommending and helping configure suitable tools, software, and platforms
- overseeing integrations across systems such as CRM,
- improving data flow, process clarity, and internal visibility
- creating documentation, SOPs, and implementation frameworks
- training internal tea
- supporting the business in building a more scalable, AI-enabled operational environment
Areas of Focus
This role is expected to contribute across areas such as:
- AI-enabled workflow design
- CRM and data process optimisation
- outreach and follow-up automation
- onboarding automation
- document and knowledge management
- meeting summary, task extraction, and internal workflow support
- process documentation and system governance
- dashboarding, reporting, and operational oversight
- implementation of additional software tools where needed
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
- proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions inside real businesses
- strong systems thinking and process design capability
- experience working across operations, CRM, internal workflows, and business automation
- the ability to assess messy or fragmented workflows and turn them into clean, scalable systems
- hands-on implementation experience, not just advisory experience
- strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- a commercial mindset with clear judgement around practicality, efficiency, and ROI
- experience with modern business tools, integrations, and automation platforms
Ideal Experience
Highly relevant backgrounds may include experience with:
- AI workflow implementation
- automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
- CRM systems such as HubSpot, Attio or equivalent
- Google Workspace ecosystems
- internal knowledge systems and AI-assisted search
- process mapping and SOP creation
- systems integration and rollout
- team enablement and change management

Engagement Structure
This is expected to begin as an external contract or fractional engagement, with an initial focus on audit, roadmap, and implementation. We are open to different engagement models depending on experience and fit, including project-based, retained, or phased structures.
