JOB OVERVIEW

About us:

We are an Australian company that inspects and repairs hard surfaces for commercial properties. We operate across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and we already have a great team in Manila.

We are building an AI-powered operations system, and we want one skilled person to own it long term. This is not a VA role and not a short project. It is a permanent seat on our team.

What you'll do:

Build and maintain automations in n8n, and AI Agents, connecting Pipedrive, Google Workspace, Connecteam and other tools via their APIs.

Build AI agents and LLM workflows for call processing, quoting, reporting and daily operations.

Use Claude Code every day to write, edit and debug JavaScript.

Make every automation safe to run unattended, with error handling, alerts, validation and approval steps

Document everything in GitHub so the owner can make changes himself using Claude Code

You must have:

Real, hands-on experience with n8n, with workflows running in production for real businesses

Confidence with JavaScript. No computer science degree required, but you must be able to read and understand code, not just copy and paste it.

Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor or a similar AI coding tool

AI agents or MCP servers you've built

The judgement to spot when AI output is wrong, and the habit of testing before shipping

Solid experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and Git

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work without being told what to do next

Excellent written English

Nice to have
Pipedrive, Google Apps Script or AppSheet experience
