AI Sales Automation Engineer
Contract / Project-Based · Remote · 48-72 Hour Build + Testing Phase

The Project
Build an AI-powered sales closer that converts Instagram DM leads into paying members of a credit repair community ($97/month). The agent will handle full multi-turn conversations, send text/images/voice messages contextually, and either close the trial signup or capture the lead's email and phone for nurture.
This is not a chatbot. This is a closing machine trained on proven sales methodology.

What You'll Build

A fully functional n8n workflow connected to Instagram and Facebook ----------
A Claude AI agent configured with a custom sales knowledge base
Multi-message conversation memory (full chat history persists across turns)
Image and voice message triggers based on conversation context
Go High Level integration for automatic lead capture and tagging
Testing pass and optimization for conversion rate
Documentation for ongoing maintenance and updates

Skills Required

n8n — advanced workflow building, webhooks, data tables, branching logic
Claude API (Anthropic) — system prompt engineering, multi-turn conversations, structured outputs
Go High Level — API integration, contact creation, tagging, automation triggers
Meta Graph API — Instagram and Facebook ---------- ---------- , message delivery, image/audio attachments
Sales psychology — closing techniques, objection handling, funnel design
Knowledge base / RAG setup — vector databases or equivalent for context retrieval
Testing and optimization — conversation auditing, latency tuning, conversion analysis

The Funnel
The AI is selling a credit repair community at $97/month (7-day free trial), with the trial serving as an ascension funnel to a higher-ticket mentorship program. The engineer must understand:

How to detect customer intent (fixing their credit vs. learning the business)
How to lead with the right anchor for each avatar
When to send proof (client win screenshots), when to send voice intros, when to send the offer link
How to capture email and phone when the lead doesn't close in DM

Deliverables

End-to-end n8n workflow (production-ready, 18-25 nodes)
Claude system prompt loaded with sales playbook, objection handlers, and closing frameworks
Knowledge base setup that allows easy updates without rebuilding the workflow
Image and voice asset library with conditional triggering
Go High Level integration with proper tag structure (source, avatar, stage)
15-20 live test conversations with optimization recommendations
Setup documentation and handoff video

Timeline

Days 1-2: Build out MVP workflow + knowledge base
