## Job Responsibilities

You will help build and manage AI automation systems for TAD.

Your responsibilities include:

•? ?Build AI agents for content creation, research, copywriting and design briefing

•? ?Create automation workflows using AI tools and automation platforms

•? ?Connect different tools such as ChatGPT, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, Telegram and social media tools

•? ?Help automate content creation for social media posts, captions, carousels, scripts and marketing content

•? ?Set up workflows for future sales AI agents and product AI agents

•? ?Improve prompts, agent instructions and workflow logic

•? ?Test AI outputs and fix workflow errors

•? ?Document the automation process clearly

•? ?Work with the team to improve speed, quality and consistency

## Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

•? ?Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Hermes, Openclaw or similar tools

•? ?Experience with automation tools such as ---------- , Zapier or n8n

•? ?Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks and tool integrations

•? ??* Good problem-solving skills

•? ??* Good attention to detail

•? ??* Able to learn new tools quickly

•? ??* Able to build clear step-by-step workflows

•? ??* Able to work independently and improve systems over time

## Who This Role Is For

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys building systems.

You do not need to be a hardcore software engineer.

But you must be comfortable with AI tools, automation tools, APIs and workflow building.

We want someone who is curious, resourceful and excited to build real AI systems for a fast growing education business.

## Work Arrangement

Full-time position.

You will work closely with the founder and the team to build AI automation systems that help TAD create content faster, follow up with leads better and serve students more effectively.
