JOB OVERVIEW

This role involves building websites, platforms, and internal tools primarily using AI, with a strong emphasis on development and process automation. The developer will leverage AI tools like Claude to design, build, and enhance systems end-to-end, creating automations and workflows to minimize manual tasks. The core value of this position lies in strategic judgment, clear specification for AI, and continuous system improvement, rather than traditional coding. You will work 40 hours/week during EST hours and receive weekly payment + HMO.

What you will do:

• Build websites, platforms, and internal tools using AI
• Use AI tools like Claude to help develop and improve systems
• Build and manage both front-end and back-end features
• Create automations for different business processes
• Connect different software and systems through APIs
• Build workflows that reduce manual work
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations and systems
• Find ways to use AI to make business processes faster and more efficient

Key Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrated experience using AI tools, particularly Claude, to build websites, platforms, or internal tools
• Comfortable directing AI to build both front-end and back-end functionality with low-to-no-code, and able to read and troubleshoot AI-produced code
• Experience building automations and workflows that connect different software and systems, including through APIs
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems and automations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify where AI can realistically improve business processes
• Comfortable working independently and applying AI to new or unclear needs
