About Us
We're a fast-moving cosmetics brand named Faccelove that uses AI to automate as much of our operations as possible — from creative production to internal workflows to customer-facing systems. We don't just use AI tools; we build custom AI-powered systems that run autonomously. We're looking for a developer who can become our go-to person for building these systems across the business.

What You'll Work On:
This isn't a single project — it's an ongoing role building AI-powered automation across different areas of the business. Examples of what we need built:
- Autonomous creative pipelines that generate complete ads (visuals, video, copy, editing) from a single brief (Most urgent)
- Internal workflow automation — connecting tools, databases, and AI models to eliminate manual work
- AI agents that handle repetitive business processes end-to-end without human intervention
- Custom integrations between third-party AI services (image generation, video generation, LLMs) and our internal systems
- Data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools powered by AI analysis
- Customer-facing AI features — chatbots, personalized content, intelligent recommendations

New projects come up regularly. You'll need to be someone who can take a business problem, figure out the best way to solve it with AI and automation, and build it.

What We're Looking For
Must-have:
- Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows (Claude Code, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar)
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript — production-grade, not just prototypes
- Experience with LLM APIs: tool use, function calling, structured outputs, prompt engineering
- Ability to integrate and orchestrate multiple APIs into automated pipelines
- Full-stack capability — you can build both the backend logic and a functional frontend when needed
- Self-starter mindset — you take a problem, propose a solution, and build it without hand-holding

Nice-to-have:
- Experience with generative media APIs (image gen, video gen, AI editing tools)
- DevOps skills (Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment)
- Database design and management (PostgreSQL, Supabase, vector databases)
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or custom LLM tool integrations
- Background in n8n, Make, or other automation platforms (we prefer custom-built, but it helps to know the landscape)
