Position: AI Automation & Cold Email Outreach Specialist
Salary: $6.50 – $8 USD per hour
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), with potential to increase to full-time
Working Hours: TBD, willing to accept any schedule given

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Cold Email Infrastructure Setup & Management

- Plan and configure cold email outreach infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, and email providers)
- Set up proper email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to maintain deliverability
- Manage domain rotation and sending limits to safely scale outbound campaigns
- Monitor inbox placement, bounce rates, and overall deliverability performance
- Campaign Setup & Outreach Operations
- Configure outreach campaigns in email sending platforms
- Segment prospect lists and prepare lead data for campaigns
- Implement sending schedules and scaling strategies
- Troubleshoot campaign issues such as deliverability drops or mailbox problems

AI Automation Workflow Development

- Design and build automation workflows using n8n
- Integrate external tools such as Typeform, APIs, and AI models
- Automate data enrichment, lead processing, and scoring workflows
- Document workflow logic and configurations clearly

AI Prompting & Data Processing

- Create structured prompts to evaluate or process candidate/lead data
- Implement automated scoring or classification systems using AI
- Validate outputs and optimize prompt performance
- Structure automation outputs for CRM or database use

Workflow Monitoring & Error Handling

- Implement error handling within automation workflows
- Monitor workflows for failures, API issues, or data inconsistencies
- Maintain logs and alerts to ensure reliable automation
- Continuously improve workflows for speed and reliability

Must-have Qualifications
- Experience in Automations
- Experience in n8n
- Able to learn very quickly
- Good English Communication Skills
- Tech-savvy

Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Experience in Cold Email Operations
- Experience in Lead Generation
