JOB OVERVIEW

HubSpot | Shopify | AI Agents | Automation

Phase 1: 40 hours
Rate: AUD $15–$25/hour depending on experience
Remote – Philippines

We are an Australian business looking for an experienced AI automation and systems builder to help us implement our digital platform.

Our objective is simple: if software, automation or an AI agent can reliably do repetitive work, we don’t want a person doing it manually.

Phase 1 – What You’ll Build

Working directly with the founder, you will help:

* Set up and optimise HubSpot CRM
* Integrate HubSpot + Shopify + our Lovable-built website
* Connect forms, leads, customers and sales data
* Set up email workflows and automated follow-ups
* Build AI agents and automations for repetitive sales, customer service and operational tasks
* Use n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs and webhooks where appropriate
* Identify other processes that should be automated
* Test and document what you build

We want someone who can understand a business process, challenge unnecessary manual work and then build the solution.

Must Have

Strong practical experience with:

HubSpot • Shopify • AI automation • AI agents • n8n/Make/Zapier • APIs/Webhooks

Lovable, Supabase and OpenAI/Claude API experience is highly regarded.

We care much more about what you have actually built than certificates.

6. What experience do you have with APIs, webhooks and AI/LLM APIs?
7. Looking at our stack – Lovable + HubSpot + Shopify – what would you want to understand before designing the integration?
8. What is your AUD hourly rate and availability for an initial 40-hour project?

Mandatory Loom

* Walk us through one real automation or AI agent
* Explain the business problem
* Show the workflow/architecture
* Explain the tools you chose and why
* Explain what happens when the automation fails
* Tell us one repetitive business process you think AI agents are particularly good at replacing

Opportunity

Phase 1 is a 40-hour paid implementation project.

If you demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial thinking and ownership, there is an opportunity for ongoing work as we continue automating the business.

We want someone who sees repetitive work and immediately thinks:
