**Who we're looking for**
We're building an AI automation company that helps small and mid-size businesses replace manual work with intelligent systems — phone answering, lead follow-up, client onboarding, reporting, and more.
We need one person to own this operation end to end. You'll be the human center of gravity. The person who makes things happen, hires when needed, talks to clients when needed, and keeps the machine running and growing.
You won't be doing this alone. You'll work directly with an AI system that handles strategy, frameworks, SOPs, and problem-solving. Your job is to take that thinking and make it real — then come back with what's working and what isn't.
This is not a VA role. This is not a project manager role. This is an operator role. You own the outcomes.
---
**What you'll actually do**
- Set up and manage our core tools (GoHighLevel,
- Hire and manage a small team as we grow (starting with a salesperson)
- Own client onboarding and early retention
- Run weekly reporting to the founder
- Work inside an AI-guided operating system — you'll get clear direction, but you'll be expected to think, push back, and make judgment calls
- Identify what's breaking before it becomes a problem
---
**You are**
- Someone who has run or helped run a small business, agency, or remote team before
- Comfortable with AI tools — you're already using them, not just curious about them
- A strong communicator in English, written and verbal
- Someone who takes ownership personally — if something falls through the cracks, you feel it
- Able to work US business hours (or significant overlap)
- Hungry. This role grows with the company. We're building toward $5M in revenue and the person who builds it with us wins too.
---
**Compensation**
Base: $1,500–$2,000/month to start
Performance bonus tied to revenue milestones
This is a long-term role with real upside as the company scales
---
**To apply**
Don't send a generic cover letter. Tell us about one thing you built or ran — what it was, what broke, and how you fixed it. That's the whole application.
