We’re hiring a high-level AI operator to help build the future of our company.

This is a long-term, stable opportunity for someone who knows how to turn AI into real execution — building agents, automations, research systems, and workflows that save time, surface critical information, and create serious operational leverage. If you know how to make AI actually work inside a business, this role has massive room for impact.

What You’ll Do

- Build AI agents, automations, and workflows that do real work
- Set up systems that gather, organize, and surface important information
- Use tools like OpenCrawl and related platforms to support research, retrieval, and automation
- Integrate AI into the real day-to-day operations of the company
- Help us move faster, make better decisions, and operate at a higher level
- Play a major role in shaping how AI is used across the business

What We’re Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience building AI workflows, agents, or automations
- Experience with Claude-style workflows, AI tools, and advanced prompt/system design
- Experience with OpenCrawl or similar crawling / extraction tools
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and moving information across systems
- Someone highly technical, highly capable, and strong at execution
- Someone who wants to help build something meaningful over the long term
