JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly capable AI Automation & Agent Systems Specialist to design, build, and manage intelligent systems across multiple business operations.

This role is focused on turning AI into real operational leverage by building scalable workflows, automation pipelines, and agent-based systems.

Core Responsibilities
• Design and deploy AI agents across business functions
• Build and manage automation workflows (marketing, sales, operations)
• Integrate AI tools with websites, CRMs, and internal systems
• Develop structured prompt systems and reusable workflows
• Continuously optimize systems for performance and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automation

Required Experience
• Strong experience with leading AI tools:
• ChatGPT (OpenAI)
• Claude (Anthropic)
• Claude Code (for development workflows)
• Gemini (Google AI)
• Experience with automation platforms:
• Zapier
• Make (Integromat)
• n8n
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks:
• LangChain
• AutoGPT or similar agent-based systems
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving and system-thinking mindset

Nice to Have
• Experience with advanced agent frameworks such as:
• OpenClaw
• Python or scripting for automation
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
