JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Offshore
Reporting to: AI & Business Systems Manager / Senior Management

The Role
We are looking for a practical and innovative AI Automation & Agent Developer to help transform the way our business operates.
You will design, build and implement AI tools, automations and AI agents/workflows that save time, reduce errors and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities
* Build AI-powered tools, agents and automated workflows.
* Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
* Connect AI with our ERP, CRM, email, spreadsheets and other business systems.
* Develop AI solutions to support Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance and Operations.
* Create automated reporting, data processing and information-gathering tools.
* Test, improve and maintain AI workflows and agents.
* Stay up to date with the rapidly developing AI technology landscape.
* Work with employees to understand problems and turn them into simple, practical technology solutions.

Ideal Candidate
* Hands-on experience building AI tools, agents, automations or workflows.
* Comfortable working with platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power Automate, Zapier, Make or similar.
* Good understanding of APIs, integrations and business systems.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Curious, creative and commercially minded.
* Able to take an idea from “could we automate this?” to a working solution.
* Doesn't need to be a traditional software developer — the ability to build useful solutions is more important than formal qualifications.
