JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing Australian online education company generating serious volume — and we're building out our AI infrastructure to match.
We're looking for a sharp, self-directed developer to help us build, deploy, and manage AI agents that automate key parts of our business — from lead follow-up and sales support to content workflows and operations.
This is not a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be embedded in the business, iterating fast, and owning outcomes.
What you'll be working on:

Building AI agents using tools like n8n, Make, or LangChain
Integrating with platforms we already use (Kajabi, Flodesk, Meta, CRMs)
Automating repetitive workflows across marketing, sales, and ops
Monitoring, debugging, and improving agents over time
Suggesting new automation opportunities as the business scales

You're the right person if:

You've actually built and deployed AI agents (not just watched tutorials)
You're comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and prompt engineering
You can work autonomously and flag problems before they become fires
You communicate clearly and proactively — no chasing required
You think in systems, not just tasks
